Unnamed Senses, Unformed Landscapes.
At the thresholds between human and nonhuman, nature and infrastructure, material and immaterial, visible and invisible, the work investigates entangled relations, recomposed as visual and spatial language. Unseen strata come to light; within sensorial topographies, it explores grounds for ecological thought and practice.

Yunsun Shim 심윤선 is an artist, designer, director, researcher, and educator whose work spans art, design, technology, ecology, and urban futures. She began her career through work in animation, stage productions, and public art, then worked internationally as a landscape designer at Ground Inc., Brown Sardina, Harvard University (U.S.), and Topotek1 (Germany). She founded Space Insite, where she continues to lead interdisciplinary projects that combine creative practices with technological and environmental inquiry. She has also formed collaborative groups from diverse fields and has led multiple exhibitions that explore the convergence of art and technology.
She holds a B.F.A. in Oriental Painting from Seoul National University’s College of Fine Arts; an M.L.A. in Environmental Landscape Architecture from Seoul National University’s Graduate School of Environmental Studies; an M.L.A.–AP (Advanced Placement) from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design (GSD); and a Doctor of Design (D.Des.) from Seoul National University’s College of Fine Arts.
